Submission
Studio or brand submits their project with full asset pack, project brief, and credits. Payment processed via Stripe to confirm serious intent.

Initial Review
Editorial team assesses the submission against WeLoveDaily curation standards: craft, strategic clarity, category relevance, and timing.

Editorial Production
Accepted projects enter editorial production. Our team writes the feature, selects key images, adds context and positioning analysis.

- Image curation and sequencing
- Credits and context verified
- Category and tag assignment
Studio Sign-off
Draft shared with studio for factual accuracy review. Minor edits accommodated. Significant changes negotiated with the editorial team.
- Draft review email sent to studio

Published
Project goes live on the site, distributed to subscribers, and shared across social channels depending on the selected plan.

Timeline note
The standard end-to-end timeline is 10–14 days from submission to publication. During peak periods (product launches, award seasons) this may extend to 21 days. Rush publication is available — contact us to discuss.
