GALOPAIN: Hot-Bread Tavern
Galopain gives bread back its standing. No baguettes, no croissants here. Forget the classic bakery: the bread is rustic, honest and alive. It is made from ancient, unrefined flours, worked slowly, the way it was done in the past.
DESIGN CONCEPT
This vision led me to explore a medieval imagination, a visual language inspired by a time when every symbol had meaning and bread sat at the center of daily life. The visual identity is rooted in heritage, carried by tradition, transmission and respect for what is natural.
My inspirations mix historical references and contemporary reinterpretations: illuminations, drop caps, old manuscripts, battlefield flags, seals, paper textures and simple, almost raw graphic signs.
